At McKinny Contracting, concrete is more than just our trade—it’s our heritage. The McKinny family has been in the concrete business for over 80 years, starting with our grandfather, carried on by our father, and now continued by us—brothers Chatham and Collier McKinny.

We grew up on job sites, learning the value of hard work, precision, and doing things the right way. That early experience shaped everything we do. Chatham served as a U.S. Army logistics captain before spending years managing large commercial concrete projects for one of the top contractors in the country. Collier stayed hands-on in the field, working across a wide range of residential and light commercial jobs and building a reputation for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Together, we founded McKinny Contracting to bring both sides of the business together—project management expertise and real-world field experience. Our goal is simple: deliver reliable, high-quality concrete work with clear communication and no shortcuts.
